Ginell Post, MD, PhD has research interests in the area of hematopathology and coagulation with focus on molecular-genetic and immunohistochemical approaches to classify and understand the pathobiology of hematopoietic disorders and cancer- and inflammation-related coagulopathies. Dr. Post’s clinical activities include interpretation of flow cytometry, lymph node, bone marrow and peripheral blood/body fluids histopathology for patients at both UAMS and ACH. As medical director of the special coagulation laboratory, Dr. Post develops testing algorithms/protocols and provides interpretive reports for all special coagulation tests. She also serves as the medical director of point of care (POC) and director of the hematopathology fellowship at UAMS.
