I was hired to UAMS in 2014 to develop the clinical education program for the Physical Therapy program, within the College of Health Professions. Prior to coming to UAMS, my previous clinical and administrative experience is in the specialty of geriatrics/home health care. My research interests involved educational theory for today's student, interprofessional education, and faculty development. I am a national speaker on these topics and have developed many continuing education courses related to faculty development and improving the student experience. I am currently the Associate Program Director for the Department of Physical Therapy in CHP where I oversee the curriculum, along with student progression and matriculation.
